A new community of up to 1,700 homes centred around the River Worfe corridor, Worfe Park and a new community centre.

Creation of a highly accessible and active woodland park for visitors and residents to explore.

An accessible new park sitting at the heart of Weston, offering a range of activities and sports for use throughout the day and week.

Mixed use centre offering a farm shop, medical centre, a school, co-working spaces, local convenience shops, cafés, community and civic uses at Weston’s heart.

A second community of up to 1,200 homes, forming Weston Village with Weston North, with direct green links to the Midlands Tech Park and the village centre.

Strategic mixed use employment area set within an active and engaging landscape, hosting advanced manufacturing, renewable technologies and other industries.

Research and training campus directly linked to the occupiers on Midlands

A 8 MW solar farm providing a dedicated renewable energy source for Weston.

A restored 18th century parkland, inspired by Capability Brown, providing a destination park for Weston and the surrounding area.

Weston is being delivered by an experienced and reputable landowner who will support economic growth, meet strategic need and deliver local services to support the Shropshire community.

We are committed to

Provide in excess of the council’s affordable housing quota; a commitment that 725 of the houses built will be affordable, 25% of the total.

Upgrade the Cosford Train station to be DDA accessible.

Develop senior living accommodation in the 1st phase.
Collaborate with the West Midlands Rail Executive to increase the services to Cosford Station to two an hour throughout the day
Deliver a school for the local population in the 1st phase.

A community design process once allocation has been achieved to craft the Weston Village.

Incorporate a medical Centre in the 1st phase.

Install a local bus service to connect nearby communities with the new facilities.

Open one of the four parks to the public in the 1st phase.

Work with our consultants and contractors to use the local workforce to deliver the project.
