Midlands Tech Park
–
A SERIOUS PLAYER
–
The 4 million sq ft proposed on the 80 hectare Midlands Tech Park comprises the largest mixed employment site in the M6 West/M54 Corridor; a significant regional inward investment opportunity.
The scheme can accommodate a range of building types from multi-let industrial units, research and development labs, campus office buildings, and logistics centres to significant manufacturing facilities, offering all companies, large and small, a platform for growth.
The central pillar of Midlands Tech Park is as a launchpad for the emerging, sustainable industries which promise to propel the UK economy forward.
A new home for advanced manufacturing, agri-tech, modern methods of construction, battery and renewable technologies, sectors which are disrupting fading monopolies in favour of cleaner and greener ways to do things.

The central pillar of Midlands Tech Park is as a launchpad for the emerging, sustainable industries which promise to propel the UK economy out of the pandemic. We are excited about the potential to provide a home for advanced manufacturing, agri-tech, modern methods of construction, battery and renewable technologies. These are all sectors which are disrupting fading monopolies in favour of cleaner and greener ways to do things.

Strategic position
Business Centre
Employment Hub
The [Weston] Site is in a prime location relative to the motorway and rail network and is controlled by a single landowner who is engaged in the local plan review process. It thus provides Shropshire with a significant opportunity to deliver development to support economic growth and housing requirements.’

Work, play and thrive
–
We will eschew outdated 20th century business park layouts and make activities, amenity and interaction central to our design. Tong Castle Park will offer acres of green space for walking, running, team sports and even water for canoeing and wild swimming. Co-working, crèches, coffee shops, convenience retail, fitness facilities and restaurant space will be designed into an employment area within striking distance of a farm shop and a medical centre.
