Bradford Estates is a long-term landowner in the area, responsible for around 12,000 acres of land on the Shropshire border within the West Midlands. We continually invest in our land and property, bringing together local knowledge and historic heritage with an eye on the future.

The Bradford family has called this area home for over 900 years, with a long tradition of stewardship and placemaking. That history includes commissioning Capability Brown’s landscaping at Weston Park in the 18th century, and creating 19th century pleasure grounds including White Sitch and Tong Mere, right by the neighbouring village the site takes its name from. 

The estate has also delivered paving and lighting improvements and new public parks for communities across the wider region. Over the generations, we’ve gifted land for schools and playgrounds, provided local housing and jobs, and managed the landscape for farming and forestry.
